So as to feasibly strengthen the school safety work, improve the safety awareness of all the teachers and students as well as increase their self-rescue abilities and safe evacuation capabilities to guarantee the life security of the teachers and students and build a safe campus, on the morning of 3rd December, 2018, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the west campus held the emergency evacuation drill.
Before the drill, in accordance with the actual situation of the school, the Teaching Affair Office meticulously formulated the drill activity plan, held a mobilization meeting for all the head teachers and faculty members and defined the responsibility requirements.
The alarm ringing out, each teacher immediately arrived at the designated posts. Meanwhile, the class teachers swiftly guided their students to orderly evacuate to the safety zones of the school. Therefore, the whole process was intense yet orderly, which was practicable and received the desired effect.
Moreover, after the safe evacuation drill, the Teaching Affair Office conducted a detailed summary of the informative event, stressing on the matters worthy of attention during the escape, which not only offered students a vivid safety education lesson, enhanced the safety consciousness and self-rescue abilities of the teachers and students, but also let them establish the ‘safety’ based self-protection awareness.
